For EU consumers: the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided (§ 356(5) BGB).

Subscriptions or memberships renew automatically unless canceled.

Section 5 – Intellectual Property

All materials (digital files, course content, videos, texts, trademarks, layouts) are owned by MASISTES GmbH / CommerceAct or licensors.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for use.
You may not resell, share, distribute, copy, or publicly display our digital content without written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in suspension and legal action.

Section 6 – Referrals and Third-Party Links

Our website may include links or referrals to external websites and third-party services.
We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or data handling.
If you engage with third-party providers, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Section 7 – Relationship with Shopify

CommerceAct is powered by Shopify. However, contracts are made solely between you and MASISTES GmbH (CommerceAct). Shopify is not a party to your purchase. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with us.

Section 8 – Feedback

If you submit ideas, feedback, or reviews, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use this input for improvement and promotion of our Services.

Section 9 – Errors and Availability

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing) and update information or cancel orders if needed.

Section 12 – Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital products and services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

Section 13 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MASISTES GmbH / CommerceAct shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Services. Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Section 14 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg. For EU consumers, mandatory local consumer protection rules also apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is published on this page. Material changes will be notified as required by law.
